I checked the mega thread but almost every site I try stutters at least once once every movie and it's getting unbearable. Does anyone know any sites that don't do this?

Hi all! I've seen this question asked around, but the sites quoted are either dead or don't do what I was looking for.

If there's not anything, I guess I'll have to resort to finding it and using Jdownloader.

I'm looking for a good, thorough, tutorial to set this up and integrate with plex. I'm sorta mid-level tech savy, so fairly simple would be best. Suggestions?

Hi, I was wondering if someone can help me finding options like magis for my parents to use on the tv, I usually download movies for them but I'm moving out and I want to give them options, stremio is kinda hard for them so if you have any options like Magis with and easy interface where they can just pop in and watch a movie would be kind, Thank you already(I had read the megathread but I didn't find anything)

The Weekly General Discussion Thread is for the r/Piracy community to discuss whatever is on their mind, whether it is related to digital piracy or not.

🪶 ➜ Follow the Rules

  • Rules are still applicable, so please do not request specific pirated content (ie. specific movie, book, etc.) and definitely don't link to any. Do not mention specific media names asking for help in finding them.

📜 ➜ Wiki + Megathread

  • Don't forget to browse the Wiki, which contains a Megathread with a list of sites/apps, tools, FAQ, and other useful resources.
  • Your question also may have been asked previously - you can search the subreddit via the search bar or even google - example: https://i.imgur.com/1jA767u.jpg

Looking for guides on both direct downloads (for very large games) and torrenting and how to get them to work with Lutris/wine.... Let's say I've got a direct download for a 100+ gig game (definitely not RDR2) that came with like 5 or so setup.exe files that all need to be installed before launching the game. Looking for an indepth explanation.

Fmhy doesn't seem to have indepth guides. Its more of a resource book rather than a guide.

Sometimes ebooks can't already be found online for free, but are available for purchase.

Is there a community that runs groupbuys where the cost of buying the ebook is split between multiple people who all want the book?

Hello dear Community,

I am searching for a best practice advise (from your experience) what I should do in my home.

For the plex server i would take my Synology DS216+II (RAM upgrade to 8gb soon).

What for a guide you can recommend?

I think I need a docker environment for all componnents right? like radar, sonarr, etc..

Sorry for the low effort post, but I haven't seen any recent answers to this question.

I'm part of a few private trackers so torrenting and downloading is taken care of. I'm instead looking for streaming solutions. So either something like stremio that lets you stream torrents, or something like xManager for spotify, but for other sources like Tidal and Qobuz, which are the best when it comes to quality, and Apple Music, which has one of the biggest library, aside from Spotify (which has lossy audio even through xManager's patch) or YTM (which is the worst when it comes to quality, plus all the unofficial uploads)

So I Actually made most this collection like 3-4 years ago, and i always meant to post it on r/piracy and r/datahoarder but never got around to it, but im doing it now, so i know i'm missing a couple series games, but that's by design i only have 1.1 tb left on the drive. so i dont want to waste it on shit games, and yes i'll never be able to play them all, but to me it's fuckin awesome. (most games run great with that hard drive speed, i also got a 4tb nvme drive for more demanding games, those are in there too) 95 Tb Total in diff shit, alot of the game icons are custom from deviantart. (i have 75 more games in that sort folder, but i dont put them in the main folder until i install reshade on them)

I've been trying the free trial from Crunchyroll, and I'm from Portugal. I don't like using Brazilian Portuguese subtitles, so I always prefer the English ones. However, for some reason, Crunchyroll doesn't offer the English subtitles, which is why I sail the open seas!

Wondering if anyone had any pointers for downloading bulk ebooks?

I am just getting back into reading and want to download everything by a specific author?

A lot of the sites listed seem to force you to specifically search and download one by one

Apologies if this is in the mega thread, couldn't find it for the life of me

How could i pack files so that i can have the stuff belonging to one thing (like pages) in one file and potentially taking up less room in my drive, when i only have an android phone that doesn't have the memory space for a lot of extra apps?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but let’s see.

I have a friend who lives in Germany and i want to share my jellyfin with him. I’m using cloudflare tunnels to stream to a domain i bought.

My concern is whether my friend is in “danger” when accessing the site. In the same way torrenting and accessing pirate sites can be fined if you caught, is it safe accessing my personal site? I want to make 100% sure before i continue.

Thanks in advance!
