I had the same issue you did so I signed up on another instance I liked and now I can browse even when .world is down.

They have yet to REmake the first game, relying on the 20 year old remake from PS1 to fill that slot.
They needed a doctor's note before? Why?
Good luck getting your stump of an arm treated for even 10x that amount. Absolutely ridiculous.
Or maybe there's a bunch of civilizations that are currently 10 million years into their timeline and just haven't reached us yet!
