So glad I got a 12900k. Apparently they beefed up the reliability of the 12th Gen since it was the first gen with the new framework, but crapped out on the subsequent gens. Looking like it's going to be the best CPU for quite some time.

To be fair, that's probably the best Overwatch short there is. When I first saw it, I thought "this is better than some of the stuff Pixar puts out", which back in the day was saying something.

If you go to a museum and see an impressive skeleton of a dinosaur, you're not actually looking at dinosaur bones. And no, I don't mean because they've calcified and become "rock". I mean the real bones are in a drawer somewhere, if they even exist. What you're looking at is plaster, often with many of the pieces wholly created from scratch in order to produce a full skeleton.

The point is she has a very large current following and therefore her words do have some influence on a large number of people. Maybe not you, but not everything is about you.

I'm in favor of the filibuster, but the original version. You want to delay legislation? Fine, stand your happy ass up and start talking for hours without stopping. The old fucks wouldn't be able to do it, and those that can would have to spend days doing nothing else, and getting no other work done. After hour 4 or 5, a senator bought by corporate interests is going to be exhausted and start wondering if what they're being paid is worth the personal effort. By 24 hours, only those who feel true, personal conviction about their beliefs could continue.

She has many songs that have absolutely blown the fuck up this year. All of those that I listed are currently on the billboard top 100 and she's had several more that made it on at some point in the last several months.

The thing is, hydrogen is a byproduct of damn near every industry. It's usually just released into the atmosphere because it's a pain in the ass to capture and store and isn't worth much. If it starts being in demand, you can bet your ass they'll start trying to gather it.

That's fine, put me in the trash. Reverence for dead bodies is weird. They aren't living, they will never be living again, they are empty husks of meat. The only reason to bury them or do anything else with them is to avoid the spreading of rot and disease. Putting them in the trash is just as acceptable as throwing out that 2 month old cooked beef you forgot about in the back of the fridge.
