I used to know an EDM song, and now I found it in one of the mashup mixes on YouTube (0:22 to 0:36).

It was mixed with Barbie Girl by Aqua vocals so I cleaned it up a bit with the tools available online so I could give it to Shazam (otherwise recognized it as Barbie Girl), but unfortunately it couldn't identify this piece 😔

Nah, it isn't Flo Rida Good Feeling nor Avicii Levels. There is a third song there

I'm not hearing that part in Levels. Some lead-in at 0:31 and the main beat at 0:36 is definitely Levels, but the main melody from 0:22-0:36 sounds different. I would agree it sounds somewhere in the realm of SHF or Tiesto. Hopefully OP chimes in if Levels is what they were looking for or not
