I'm not particularly excited about women wearing a hijab in general because I've always gotten slightly misogynistic vibes from the practice, but we're not going to end the practice by outlawing it in soccer, and little girls who wear a hijab should be able to see themselves in the players on the pitch, and people should be able to express their religious beliefs on the field, so I'm decidedly happy about it.
