Für die Serverkosten könnte man einen Förderantrag beim @FOSSGISeV stellen. Dabei kann ich helfen.

Es braucht aber auch Admins die sich den Hut aufsetzen wollen und den Betrieb/Wartung sicherstellen.

Wer dazu Lust und Zeit hat, bitte Hand heben

Die Rechtspraxis in DE ist aktuell so, dass ihr vor allem einen guten Anwalt benötigen würdet.

Danke! Das ist natürlich ein wichtiger Punkt der auch geklärt werden muss.

Mich interessiert eher die technische Umsetzung, aber vielleicht melden sich hier auch Juristen die die Stolpersteine benennen können.
